Our Vision
We envision a world where restorative practice is accessible to all and deeply rooted in the lives of individuals, organizations, and communities. A reality where people reclaim the tools to build and sustain their own communities, understanding that the power to foster connection, repair harm, and create belonging lies within them.
In this world, restorative practices are not an outsourced solution but an integrated way of being—a daily commitment to living out the values of equity, accountability, and compassion. At RPNYC our mission is to help our clients integrate restorative practices as a regular part of their lives, both professionally and personally, honoring our shared humanity and creating spaces where everyone can thrive.
Meet the Team
We’ve been friends and partners for almost a decade. In that time, we've come to grow in our friendship, facilitation partnership, and in our work as Circle practitioners. One of the values that we prioritize in our restorative justice work is the importance of relationships. As friends and partners we do this work together. We laugh, share, and wonder about all things related to social justice, racial justice, and the ways in which Circle practice welcomes us into a deeper relationship with ourselves and one another.
